Terms and Conditions for Eco-Schools Initiative Participants

These terms and conditions govern the participation of educational institutions in the Eco-Schools Initiative, managed and facilitated by Greener Future Youth. By registering for this initiative, your school agrees to comply with these terms and participate in activities designed to foster environmental awareness, responsibility, and action among students.

• 2.1 Participation is open to all educational institutions, including public, private, and charter schools from elementary to high school levels.
• 2.2 Schools must be committed to integrating environmental education into their curricula and actively support student involvement in sustainability projects.Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. This includes being punctual, responsible, and reliable in fulfilling volunteer commitments.
• Inclusivity: We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Safety: Volunteers must adhere to all safety guidelines provided during activities. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to a staff member immediately.

• 3.1 Schools must complete the official registration form and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• 3.2 Participation in specific projects or events requires additional registration, where applicable.
• 3.3 Schools are expected to maintain active communication with Greener Future Youth coordinators and promptly inform them of any changes in contact details or circumstances that may affect their participation.

• 4.1 Schools agree to actively participate in scheduled workshops, establish eco-clubs, and guide students in leading sustainability projects.
• 4.2 Schools commit to facilitating the participation of students and staff in initiative activities, ensuring adequate time and resources are allocated.

• 5.1 All materials, guides, and resources provided as part of the initiative remain the intellectual property of Greener Future Youth.
• 5.2 Schools may use these materials solely for purposes related to the initiative and must not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial gain without explicit permission.

• 6.1 Personal data provided during registration and subsequent activities will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• 6.2 Schools agree to obtain consent from parents or guardians where necessary for the participation of students in initiative-related activities.

• 7.1 Schools may withdraw from the initiative at any time; however, notice of withdrawal should be given in writing at least 30 days in advance.
• 7.2 Greener Future Youth reserves the right to terminate the participation of any school that fails to adhere to these terms and conditions, following a review process.

8.1 Greener Future Youth reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered schools and will take effect immediately, unless otherwise stated.

9.1 Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled amicably through negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, depending on the nature of the dispute.

By registering for the Eco-Schools Initiative, your school acknowledges and agrees to these terms, committing to the role of nurturing the next generation of environmental stewards.
