Youth Environmental Leadership Course

About: Youth Environmental Leadership (YELP)

 

The Youth Environmental Leadership Program (YELP) is an innovative initiative by Greener Future Youth designed to empower young environmental advocates. This course is dedicated to developing leadership skills in participants by immersing them in the world of environmental policy, advocacy, and project management. Through YELP, young leaders will gain  knowledge necessary to lead sustainable projects and campaigns.

How It Works

1. Apply Online

Fill out the application form on our website to tell us about yourself, your environmental interests, and what you hope to achieve through this program.

2. Selection Process

Our team reviews applications on a rolling basis. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview to better understand their motivations and fit for the program.

3. Program Participation

Once accepted, you’ll be part of an immersive learning and leadership experience. You’ll participate in workshops, lead projects, and engage with communities to advocate for environmental sustainability.

Our Goals

Develop 500 Young Leaders

By 2030, we aim to have trained over 5000 youths who will be equipped to lead environmental initiatives globally.

Implement 100 Community Projects

 Facilitate and support 100 community-led environmental projects, enhancing local ecosystems and promoting sustainable practices.

Global Network

Create a vibrant network of young environmental leaders across the world who are connected, supported, and engaged in ongoing environmental advocacy and impact.
